They have since then expanded to other products to include Birds, Falconry, Poultry, Pets, And Farm Animals. With a wide range of Feed additives to specialized feeds, veterinary pharmaceuticals, and some accessories necessary for hobbyists. Today Al Wazzan vet pharmacy is Kuwait's most professional vet pharmacy and has become the first specialized company in the region to support and offer everything required under one roof. Their international partners from Europe are the pioneers and market leaders in this field and have helped them to present the best products to their customers in Kuwait.
Their Challenge - The many limitations they faced with the previous Odoo integration. Refine areas of implementation that were previously under-serviced. Kuwait Protocol, the official Odoo partner, carefully analyzed Al Wazzan’s business to pinpoint areas of improvement.
The Al Wazzan team opted for the Odoo Version 15 with modules required for their business to run smoothly and efficiently. The point-of-Sale system assures efficacious and competent trading and customer satisfaction. CRM module to handle all upcoming leads efficiently along with related tasks. Inventory, Purchase, Sales & Accounting module that will fulfill the needed requirements from Barcode scanning to managing the different warehouses, into issuing PO with the suppliers fully integrated with the inventory to receive the products. We are assisting with the proper configuration of Odoo software and offer advice on best practices.

Kuwait protocol has done a full implementation of the Odoo ERP system with the customizations of their core modules in sales, accounting, manufacturing, credit note generation, department wise PR requests, purchase comparison sheet, different levels of approvals, inventory costing and so on. The ERP has been configured and customized fully to meet the requirements of the Cement Plant.

Dealz is a daily promotion application, which enables the users to find plenty of daily offers at local restaurants, either for dine-in or delivery. The application is available in both App Store and Google Play Store. The Dealz has tie up with many restaurants in Kuwait which aid in getting exclusive offers for their customers. The cornerstone of the company is the marketing strategies they have employed and the steady customer base. Their Challenges - Their existing software to manage their projects and workaround for the CRM had many limitations. Hence, Dealz decided to use Odoo for all of its operations.

We customized the modules to fit in their requirements and pain points. We implemented a CRM and Sales module to manage the upcoming leads, automatically open field service tickets and customer information. The contacts module assists in keeping track of all the restaurants participating in/ partnered with efficiently. An accounting module to replace the old one they had and to manage the operations related in single click. We integrated further security, and data privacy measures, and assisted with managing operations for multiple restaurants. Additionally, we improved the hosting performance, alongside training and ongoing comprehensive technical support including bug fixes, system monitoring, and updates.

Challenges - The local software with many limitations on the reporting, which was not user friendly and was not accessible from outside the office.
KPGTC implemented a Customer Centric CRM Module for JTC and customized it according to their needs and requirements with a lot of features and functionalities.
The integration of the CRM system allowed them to consolidate and manage multiple sales teams, their leads, opportunities, sale quotations and meeting schedules by reports & flow charts. We made User based custom dashboards for their ease. On another hand, cloud hosting made it easy for managers to access important information on the go and while abroad and make timely and informed decisions.

The Farm began operations in 1961. Kuwait United Dairy Company was formed in 1985 and has become one of the leading dairy companies in Kuwait. The farm produces 35 tons of concentrated milk in winter and 25 Tons in Summer. KUDC workers are highly experienced. The farm imports cows from Germany. Calves born at the farm are delivered by professional veterinarians, who take care of their health by maintaining a special file for every cow since birth. The milking is completely computerized according to the latest farm technologies, and the cows are fed by automatic foragers.
Challenges - KUDC wanted to step into the digital transformation by employing the right technology. The multitude of technologies and software utilized for different tasks and modules needed to be integrated into a single entity.
Kuwait Protocol assisted KUDC by implementing a hosting solution through Odoo’s cloud. Additionally, we assisted with setup, implementation, and data migration from previous software into Odoo. We integrated custom modules to best fit their needs. We accomplished this enormous task by combining Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Human Resource and Accounts Odoo ERP modules under a single platform. Moreover, we advised on best practices and provided ongoing comprehensive technical support, including bug fixes, system monitoring, and updates.
